Engineering
We're expanding into new products and looking for a versatile key player with a knack for infrastructure management to take on the Lead Infrastructure role. You'll work with a high-performing team on modern technical challenges, surrounded by people who are genuinely passionate about technology and want to make a real impact.
Our tech environment
- Back-End: Node.js, TypeScript, Serverless Architecture
- Infra: AWS (CloudFormation, Lambda, SQS), SQL Database, DynamoDB, Infrastructure as Code
- Front-End: React
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, management and optimization of our cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Contribute to technical architecture design and strategic decisions
- Design, develop and maintain performant, scalable full-stack applications
Requirements
- Strong web application development experience, 10+ years
- Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure management (ideally AWS)
- Ability to make strategic architectural decisions
- Strong aptitude and interest in continuous learning of recent technologies, including AI
- Teamwork, intellectual curiosity, initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy

Sales

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Demonstrate the Mobilus platform to potential customers
- Collaborate with the team to close deals and meet targets
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated results
- Strong comfort with technology
- Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial profile
- Leadership and resourcefulness
- Excellent written and spoken French (5/5)

Operations
Take charge of onboarding new customers and supporting existing ones. A multi-faceted role where you'll use over a dozen tools daily and communicate via video conferences, phone, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Project manage new customer onboarding and software implementation
- Conduct video training sessions for new customers
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure smooth rollout
- Handle incoming phone and chat support requests
- Support existing customers with platform questions and billing
- Troubleshoot technical issues for existing customers
- Contribute to improving Customer Success tools and processes
Requirements
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years customer service experience
- Comfortable learning and working with multiple software tools
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Clear, concise, and dynamic communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken French (5/5)
- Excellent written and spoken English (5/5)
