No. The smart bags are hanger bags very similar to the ones you already use, with an LED module on top. They hang on your existing will-call shelving with no remodeling required.
We offer hangers in large and small sizes, clips for individual items, and beacons for fridge or locker storage. The format adapts to how your pharmacy organizes prescriptions.
The system comes with 3 NFC readers to scan the hangers and clips, plus a gateway that requires a standard power outlet and a standard ethernet port. That's it.
By replaceable batteries. Each battery lasts approximately one year depending on usage. Replacement is quick and can be done by your staff.
The bag portion can be replaced on its own. No need to buy a complete new hanger, just swap out the bag and you're back in business.
Delivery fees apply for the hardware. Setup is straightforward and we support you remotely throughout the process. A technician can also come on site for an additional fee.
